A
The estimated processing time for a Singapore eVisa is 2 to 12 working days, depending on your nationality and the service package you choose. This excludes weekends, public holidays, and the submission day. Some applications may take longer if documents are incomplete or ICA requests additional checks.

Do I need to print my approved eVisa?

It is recommended to print your eVisa on A4 paper and carry it with you. However, ICA may also accept a digital copy displayed on your device.

What are the photo requirements for a Singapore eVisa?

You must upload a recent passport-size photo that meets ICA standards:
Taken within the last 3 months
White background
Full face visible, neutral expression
No headgear (unless for religious/cultural reasons)
High-quality, not blurred or pixelated

Premium processing normally takes 2-8 days. However, delays can occur due to:
Incorrect photo or information
Weekends or public holidays
ICA is requesting additional documents

Refunds are issued only if we are unable to submit your application to ICA. Once submitted, fees are non-refundable.
