Frequently Asked Questions

Who needs a Singapore eVisa?

A Singapore eVisa is required for citizens of certain countries listed as eligible on our website. If your nationality is included in this list, you must apply for an eVisa before traveling.

What documents are required for the application?

To apply for a Singapore eVisa, you will need a passport with at least six months of validity from your date of entry into Singapore, along with a recent passport-size photograph that complies with ICA standards. A clear scanned copy of your passport bio-data page is also required. In addition, applicants must provide proof of accommodation, such as a hotel booking, and a confirmed return or onward flight ticket. Depending on your nationality or travel purpose, ICA may also request additional documents such as an invitation letter or proof of funds.

How long is the Singapore eVisa valid?

A Singapore eVisa is valid for 63 days from the date of issue, during which time you must enter Singapore. However, the maximum stay permitted per visit is 29 days, regardless of whether you hold a single-entry, double-entry, or multiple-entry visa.

How long does the application process take?

The estimated processing time for a Singapore eVisa is usually between 2 and 12 working days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and the day of submission. However, delays may occur during peak travel periods or if ICA requires additional documentation.

Do I still need to submit the Singapore Arrival Card?

Yes. All travelers must submit the Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) within three (3) days before their entry into Singapore. The arrival card is not a visa but a mandatory health and travel declaration form.

Can I extend my Singapore eVisa if I need more time?

If you wish to stay in Singapore beyond the 29-day limit granted under your eVisa, you may apply for a visa extension before your current stay expires.

Can I work in Singapore with a tourist eVisa?

No. A Singapore eVisa does not allow you to work or take up employment in Singapore. The eVisa is strictly for tourism, short visits, and certain business purposes like meetings or conferences.

How will I receive my approved eVisa?

Once approved, your eVisa will be sent to the email address you used for your application as a PDF file. It is recommended to print the eVisa on A4 paper and carry it with you when traveling to Singapore. While digital copies on your mobile device may sometimes be accepted, having a printed copy ensures smoother entry at immigration checkpoints.

Can I apply for family members or a group?

Yes. Our platform allows you to apply for your family or group members under one account. Each traveler must have their own completed form and supporting documents, but all applications can be submitted together for convenience. This is particularly useful for families or travel groups wishing to process applications at the same time.

What happens if my application is rejected?

If your application is rejected, we will notify you of the reason. Unfortunately, all eVisa application fees are non-refundable, even in cases of rejection. Depending on the reason provided, you may be able to reapply with us after correcting errors or submitting additional supporting documents
