What Is the SG Arrival Card?

The Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) is an electronic pre-arrival declaration submitted to Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) before you enter the country. It covers your travel, accommodation, and health details, and is linked electronically to your passport - nothing to print or carry.

The SGAC is a separate requirement from your eVisa. If your nationality needs a visa for Singapore, you need both to enter.

Path A · With eVisa

Applying for a Singapore eVisa with us?

Tick one box at checkout. The SGAC is offered as a small add-on inside the visa application form, so your eVisa and Arrival Card are prepared, reviewed and filed by the same specialist who handles your visa file.

  • Bundled with your eVisa, single checkout, single receipt
  • Small add-on fee, cheaper than the standalone service
  • SGAC filed automatically inside the 3-day window before arrival
  • Passport and travel data re-used from your visa file, no extra forms

Eligible for the ~30 nationalities that require a Singapore visa.

Path B · SGAC only

Visa-exempt, or visa already sorted elsewhere?

You still need the SGAC. Use our short SGAC-only service. Just give us your email, full name, phone number and a clear scan of your passport. Our team extracts the rest, prepares the declaration and files it on time.

  • Short form, takes about 1 minute to complete
  • Just snap your passport bio page on your phone and upload, our team handles the rest
  • Filed by our Singapore team inside the 3-day window
  • Free resubmissions if your flight or accommodation changes

For all travellers, including visa-exempt nationalities.

Who Needs to Submit the SG Arrival Card?

The SGAC must be submitted within 3 days (72 hours) before your arrival date. ICA does not accept submissions earlier than that. With us, you can fill the form any time before your trip and we hold it until the window opens. The SGAC is for arrival only, there is no equivalent departure card.

What Information You Will Need

Have the following ready:

  • Travel details: flight number, city of departure, arrival date.

  • Accommodation: name and address of your hotel or where you will be staying.

  • Recent travel history: countries visited in the 14 days before arrival.

  • Health declaration: any symptoms of illness or recent contact with an infectious disease.

SG Arrival Card FAQs

Common questions about the Singapore Arrival Card.

Our SGAC submission service starts at USD $30 per traveller. We offer volume discounts for groups: 2-5 travellers get 15% off, and 6-10 travellers get 20% off. The fee covers our review of your details for accuracy, secure submission to ICA within the 72-hour window, and email confirmation linked to your passport. There are no hidden charges - the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

No. The ICA system only allows you to submit the SG Arrival Card within 3 days (72 hours) before your arrival date. If you try to submit earlier, the system will not allow you to select your arrival date. Set a reminder on your phone for 3 days before your flight to make sure you don't forget.

Yes. Every traveller, regardless of age, must have their own SG Arrival Card submission linked to their own passport details. A parent or guardian can fill out the form on behalf of a child, but each child needs a separate submission.

You can still submit it upon arrival, but this may cause significant delays at immigration. Some airlines may also remind you during check-in or boarding. We strongly recommend submitting it before your flight to avoid any complications at the checkpoint. You can submit it on your phone while at the airport using the ICA portal or MyICA app.

No, if you are transiting through Singapore Changi Airport and remaining in the transit area without clearing immigration, you do not need to submit the SG Arrival Card. However, if you plan to leave the transit area and enter Singapore (even briefly), you must submit it.

You cannot directly edit a submitted SGAC, but you can resubmit a new one using the "Update a Submission" option on the ICA portal. The most recent submission linked to your passport number automatically replaces any earlier ones. There is no limit on how many times you can resubmit.

Yes. We submit your SG Arrival Card to ICA on your behalf within the 72-hour pre-arrival window. Just fill out our quick form at sgac.singaporeevisa.sg, upload your passport bio page, and pay securely. If you're applying earlier than 3 days before arrival, we hold the submission and file it the moment ICA opens the window - no action needed from you.
