Why Ukrainians Love Visiting Singapore
Calm, ultra-safe and full of light, Singapore has become one of the most rewarding holidays a Ukrainian family can take, a true mental reset thousands of kilometres away from everything.
ποΈ Total Peace and Quiet
Singapore is consistently ranked one of the safest cities in the world, no air raid sirens, no blackouts, no curfew. For many Ukrainian families this is the first proper rest in years, parents finally sleep through the night and kids can run free in the parks.
π΄ Tropical Escape from the Eastern European Winter
While Kyiv and Lviv freeze at minus 10, Singapore stays a steady 30Β°C with palm trees and warm beaches. Sentosa, East Coast Park and Palawan Beach deliver real summer in February, the kind of holiday you cannot fake on the Black Sea coast anymore.
π’ Sentosa for the Whole Family
Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark and the Skyline Luge are all on one easy island. Add Singapore Zoo, River Wonders and the Night Safari, and you have a full week of world-class family experiences that Ukrainian kids talk about for months.
ποΈ Marina Bay Sands and Gardens by the Bay
The famous infinity pool, sky park observation deck and rooftop bars sit above one of the most photographed skylines on the planet. Across the water, Supertree Grove, the Cloud Forest dome and the nightly Spectra light show give every Ukrainian visitor an Instagram album they will not forget.
ποΈ Tax-Free Luxury Shopping
Orchard Road, ION Orchard and the legendary Mustafa Centre stock global luxury brands, latest electronics and Asian beauty must-haves at strong USD prices. Tourists can claim up to 8% GST refund at Changi before flying back to Europe, simple paperwork right at the airport.
βοΈ Gateway to Bali, Phuket and Bangkok
Changi Airport connects in under 3 hours to Bali, Phuket, Bangkok, Vietnam and Malaysia, with dozens of cheap daily flights. A Multiple Entry Singapore visa lets you base yourself in the city, fly out for a beach week, and return for a few more days before heading back to Europe.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Singapore Visa FAQ for Ukrainian Citizens
Honest answers to the questions Ukrainian travellers ask before flying to Singapore.
Yes. Unlike Thailand, Turkey or the UAE which are visa-free for Ukrainians, Singapore requires an entry visa for ordinary Ukrainian passport holders. You must obtain a valid e-visa before boarding your flight. The good news is that the entire process is online, you do not need to visit any embassy or consulate. Our service handles your application end-to-end so you can focus on planning the trip.
Ukrainian passport holders qualify for our most affordable Singapore visa pricing. Standard processing (8 working days) is $95 for Single Entry and $109 for Double or Multiple Entry. Priority processing (5 working days) is $122 for Single and Double Entry, and $129 for Multiple Entry. Express processing (3 working days) is $142 for Single Entry, and $149 for Double or Multiple Entry. Government and service fees are included, no hidden charges added at checkout.
Yes, absolutely. Many of our Ukrainian customers apply from Warsaw, Krakow, Berlin, Prague, Vilnius, London, Toronto and other cities. You only need a valid Ukrainian biometric passport, your current address abroad is perfectly fine. We deliver the approved e-visa by email, so you can fly directly from your current city to Singapore without needing to return to Ukraine first. This makes Singapore an ideal destination for family reunion trips, where parents based in Europe meet children studying or working elsewhere for a stress-free holiday in Asia.
Yes, this is the good news for Ukrainian travellers. Unlike some neighbouring countries, cards issued by Ukrainian banks such as PrivatBank, Monobank, PUMB, Oschadbank and Raiffeisen continue to work for international USD payments. Our checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express, and the full amount is charged in USD with no surprise fees. If your card is blocked for online international payments by default, simply enable the option in your banking app before checkout.
Single Entry is enough if Singapore is your only stop. Double Entry is popular with Ukrainians who plan a side trip to Bali, Phuket or Bangkok and want to fly back through Changi. Multiple Entry is best for business travellers, frequent visitors and anyone using Singapore as a regional base, you can return as many times as you wish during the visa validity. Multiple Entry visas for Ukrainian passport holders start at just $109 with Standard processing, an excellent value for travellers planning more than one trip.
Each entry permits a stay of up to 29 consecutive days. The actual length of stay is decided by the Immigration officer at Changi Airport and printed on your visit pass endorsement. The e-visa itself remains valid for several months from the date of issue, so you have flexibility to plan your travel dates as long as you enter within that validity window.
We offer three processing speeds to fit any travel plan. Standard takes 8 working days, Priority takes 5, and Express delivers your approved e-visa in just 3 working days. Ukrainian and European public holidays do not affect our timeline, but Singapore public holidays are not counted in working days. Express is the popular choice for last-minute family trips, respite holidays and emergency travel.
Singapore requires a Local Contact (LOI) for visa applications submitted by Ukrainian nationals. This contact must be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident or registered Singapore company. If you do not have a friend or relative in Singapore, do not worry, we provide LOI sponsorship as part of every application fee, included in the prices on this page. You will not be asked to find your own sponsor.
Yes. Every traveller, including babies and minors recorded in a parent's passport, requires their own e-visa application. Parents and legal guardians can submit several family members in the same checkout, no extra processing time is required and you only complete the form once per traveller. This is especially convenient for Ukrainian family reunion trips where parents and grandparents bring kids for a holiday abroad.
Yes. The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is a separate immigration declaration that every visitor must submit within 3 days before landing in Singapore. It is not the same as your visa, even visa-free nationalities have to file it. Our team can prepare and submit your SGAC on your behalf as a low-cost add-on at checkout, so you arrive at Changi with everything in order and skip one more thing on the to-do list.
Ukrainian airspace remains closed, so almost all travellers fly out of nearby European hubs. The most common starting points are Warsaw, Krakow and Rzeszow in Poland, plus Budapest, Vienna and Vilnius, all reachable from Ukraine by bus or train within a day. From there, convenient one-stop connections to Changi include LOT via Warsaw, Qatar Airways via Doha, Emirates via Dubai, Turkish Airlines via Istanbul and Etihad via Abu Dhabi. Total travel time from Warsaw is roughly 14 to 17 hours including the layover. Many of our customers also fly out of Berlin, Prague, Frankfurt or Vienna depending on where they are currently based.
Refusals for Ukrainian passport holders are very rare, our overall approval rate is 98%. Visa decisions are made by Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), not by us. Our expert reviewers significantly reduce rejection risk by catching missing documents and form errors before submission. If a refusal does happen, we notify you immediately by email and explain your options. Our Refusal Protection package is available at checkout for added peace of mind.
