FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Singapore Visa FAQ for Kazakh Citizens
Everything Kazakh applicants ask before booking their Singapore trip
Yes. Holders of an ordinary Kazakhstan passport must obtain an entry visa before traveling to Singapore. The fastest, simplest way is to apply for a Singapore e-visa online through our service, with no embassy visit and no need to leave Almaty, Astana or Shymkent. Your approved e-visa is delivered straight to your email.
Kazakh citizens qualify for our most affordable Singapore visa pricing. Standard processing (8 working days) is $95 for Single Entry and $109 for Double or Multiple Entry. Priority processing (5 working days) is $122 for Single and Double Entry, and $129 for Multiple Entry. Express processing (3 working days) is $142 for Single Entry, and $149 for Double or Multiple Entry. All government and service fees are included, no hidden charges.
Yes. Unlike many other nationalities, Kazakh passport holders are eligible for a Multiple Entry Singapore visa. This is ideal for business travellers, frequent visitors, and anyone planning to use Singapore as a regional base for trips around Southeast Asia. Multiple Entry visas start at just $109 with Standard processing.
Each entry allows a stay of up to 29 consecutive days. The actual length of stay is decided by the Singapore Immigration officer at the checkpoint and is shown on the visit pass endorsement in your passport. The e-visa itself is normally valid for multiple months from the date of issue, you must enter Singapore within that validity window.
We offer three speeds: Standard (8 working days), Priority (5 working days), and Express (3 working days). Processing begins after your complete application and payment are received. Weekends and Singapore public holidays are not counted as working days. Express is recommended for last-minute trips from Almaty or Astana.
Yes. Every traveller, including infants and minors travelling on a parent's passport, requires a separate e-visa application. Parents or legal guardians can submit children's applications through our platform in the same checkout.
Yes. In addition to your e-visa, every traveller entering Singapore must submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days before arrival. This is a mandatory immigration declaration, it is not the same as your visa. Our team can complete and submit your SGAC on your behalf as an add-on service.
Singapore requires a local contact for visa applications submitted by Kazakh nationals. This can be a Singapore citizen, permanent resident, or a registered Singapore company. If you do not know anyone locally, our service includes Local Contact (LOI) assistance as part of your application fee, you do not need to find a sponsor on your own.
Our pricing is published in USD, but our checkout accepts international Visa, Mastercard and other major card networks issued by Kazakh banks such as Halyk Bank, Kaspi, ForteBank, Jusan and Bank CenterCredit. Your bank will convert the USD amount to Tenge at its prevailing exchange rate. We do not charge any extra currency conversion fee.
There is currently no daily non-stop scheduled service between Kazakhstan and Singapore, but Air Astana, Scoot, Singapore Airlines, FlyDubai, Emirates, Qatar Airways and Turkish Airlines offer convenient one-stop connections via Dubai, Doha, Istanbul, Bangkok or Kuala Lumpur. Total flight time from Almaty or Astana to Changi is typically 10 to 14 hours.
Yes, and many Kazakh travellers do exactly this. Singapore's Changi Airport is a major regional hub connecting Kazakhstan to Bali, Phuket, Bangkok, Vietnam, Malaysia and Australia. With your e-visa you can stop and explore Singapore for up to 30 days before continuing your journey.
Rejections for Kazakh applicants are rare, our approval rate is 98%. Visa decisions are made by Singapore's Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA). Our expert reviewers significantly reduce rejection risk by catching missing documents and form errors before submission. If a refusal does happen, we notify you immediately by email and explain your options.
