Singapore eVisa Eligible Countries

What is a Singapore eVisa?

The Singapore eVisa is an electronic visa that can be applied for and issued online without visiting the embassy or consulate. It allows you to travel to Singapore and grants entry at the immigration checkpoint.

The entire application is submitted online. Once approved, the eVisa is emailed to you.

Travellers must also submit an SG Arrival Card online before arriving (separate from the visa).

Who Needs a Singapore eVisa?

Travellers from countries classified as visa-required by the ICA need to apply for an eVisa to visit Singapore. The Singapore eVisa has Single, Double, and Multiple Entry options to choose from.

With the eVisa, travellers can stay in the country for 29 days consecutively with a 63-day visa validity

Most applications are processed within an estimated 2 to 12 working days, depending on your nationality.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use my Singapore eVisa for multiple entries?

No. A Singapore eVisa allows you to travel to Singapore, but the number of entries permitted depends on the visa issued. Most are single-entry and double-entry eVisas, but some travelers may be granted multiple entries depending on their nationality. Always check the details on your approved visa notice.

Do children need a separate eVisa to travel to Singapore?

Yes. Every traveler, including infants and children, must have their own individual eVisa. Parents or guardians can submit applications on behalf of their children.

Can I extend my stay in Singapore on an eVisa?

Yes, in some cases. If you wish to stay longer than the period granted at entry, you may apply for a short-term visa extension. Please contact our customer service if you need a visa extension.

What should I do if my eVisa application is rejected?

If your Singapore eVisa application is refused, you can reapply with us. Common reasons for rejection include incomplete forms, incorrect photos, or missing travel details. You can also consult with our visa consultant for guidance before submitting a new application.

Is a Singapore eVisa the same as the SG Arrival Card?

No. The SG Arrival Card is a mandatory travel declaration that must be completed within 3 days before your arrival, while the eVisa is your official entry authorisation. Both are required if you are from a visa-required country.
